About Me
Hi, I'm Howell, the person behind Crownhead Studios. I'm a writer, director, animator and actor. I am well versed in the Adobe Suite and have lots of experience in Premire Pro and After Effects. I am currently a freshman at Cleveland State University (class of 2028). I am pursuing a bachelor of fine arts in Writing & Producing from the school of film and media arts!
I've been creating video content since 2020, and my first-ever project was a very rough draft of The Tom and Sarah Show. The first episode premiered on December 9th, 2020. Since then, I have been remastering the episodes to display a more advanced animation style. There are dozens of episodes waiting to be produced; so stay tuned for more Tom and Sarah content soon!
On February 29th 2024, Murray Wallace and The Greatest Pitch premiered at the Short. Sweet. Film Festival in Cleveland, Ohio. Murray Wallace was shown during Student Block 1 and won the Audience Choice award!

What I Do
Cinematography
I run the camera on nearly all of my projects, alongside several professional projects.
Sound
I have managed sound on various projects, from mixing to boom operator.
Writing
I have been a writer on every Crownhead Studios film. It's what I do best!
Animation
I create digital drawings and transform them into moving pictures, line by line, frame by frame.
Directing
As of 2024, I have directed 8 Crownhead Studios projects, and been an assistant director on 2 projects outside of Crownhead Studios.
Acting
I've starred in every Crownhead Studios project, and I've made appearances in other outside projects as well.
